2. Service Description

ImagToText is a free online tool that uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to extract text from images, screenshots, PDFs, and handwritten notes. The service is provided at no cost, requires no account creation, and is operated by TMAKER (tmaker.io).

3. Use of the Service

You may use ImagToText for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or exploit the service or its AI models
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the service beyond reasonable personal use
• Circumvent rate limiting or any protective measures
• Use the service to process content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the service or its output in a way that competes with ImagToText

4. Image Processing & Data Handling

Images uploaded to ImagToText are sent to Google's Gemini API for text extraction. We do not store your images on our servers. Images are processed in real-time and are not retained after the extraction is complete. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

5. AI Output Accuracy

ImagToText uses AI-powered optical character recognition. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated text extraction may contain errors, especially with handwritten text, low-quality images, or complex layouts. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted text before relying on it for any purpose.

We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose regarding the extracted text.

6. Intellectual Property

The ImagToText website, its design, logo, and underlying technology are the property of TMAKER. You retain full ownership of any images you upload and any text extracted from them.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service, its visual design, or branding without express written permission from TMAKER.

7. Third-Party Links

ImagToText contains links to third-party websites and products operated by TMAKER and its partners (including Revid.ai, Outrank, SuperX, PostSyncer, and Feather). These links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

ImagToText is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMAKER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in text extraction
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Loss of data or content
• Any actions taken based on extracted text

9. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ImagToText (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We may also impose usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
